Data Protection

In compliance with LO 15/99, protection of data of a personal nature, we hereby inform you that personal details will be entered into a computerized file that will be used for promotional and other conferences-related use. By filling out this form, you give AVEPA permission to use your personal data for these purposes. To refuse this use of your personal details, you may exercise your rights by emailing registrations@sevc.info.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration and to request a refund, you must email the Technical Secretariat at  registrations@sevc.info. If you cancel before 16th July, 10% of the registration will be deducted for administrative purposes; from 16th July to 30th September, 50% will be deducted. If you cancel after 30th September, you will not receive a refund, but you will still receive all the information about the Congress. Refunds will be paid at the end of the Congress.

Other Policies

The SEVC Badge must be collected by the registered person at the SEVC Secretariat during the Conference opening hours. A proof of identity will be needed (Passport). The SEVC Badge identifies the person who holds it. It cannot be collected or used by anyone other than the person registered and named on the badge. By breaking this rule the Conference organization might cancel the registration and prohibit entry to the registered person.
Printing a new badge for any reason will incur a cost of 60€
