All Badges must be collected by the registered person at the SEVC Check In Area during the conference opening hours.

Proof of identity will be required (e.g. passport).

Friday, 8 November, 7.30-20.00
Saturday, 9 November, 8.00-20.00

Please take care of your registration badge and its holder. There are several types of badges providing access to different areas of the conference. Security personnel have been instructed to refuse admission to anyone not wearing an official SEVC name badge. In case of loss or damage, printing a new Badge for any reason incurs a charge of 100€.

The Badge identifies the person who holds it. It cannot be collected or worn by anyone other than the person registered and named on the badge. The conference organisation can cancel the registration and prohibit entry to the registered person for failing to comply with this rule.
